Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman held wide-ranging talks with President of South Africa Cyril Ramaphosa at Al-Salam Palace in Jeddah on Thursday. During the meeting, the King presented the Collar of King Abdulaziz, the Kingdom’s highest civilian honor, to Ramaphosa.
The two leaders discussed ways to further enhance bilateral ties and cooperation in various fields. They reviewed the latest developments in the regional and global arenas. The King also hosted a reception for the South African leader and a luncheon banquet in honor of Ramaphosa. The reception and banquet were attended by several princes, ministers and senior officials.
It included Crown Prince Muhammad Bin Salman, deputy premier and minister of defense, Prince Khaled Al-Faisal, emir of Makkah and adviser to Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, Minister of Interior Prince Abdul Aziz Bin Saud Bin Naif, Minister of State and Member of the Cabinet Prince Mansour Bin Miteb, Minister of Finance Muhammad Al-Jadaan, and Minister of State and Member of the Cabinet Musaed Al-Aiban.
Crown Prince Muhammad Bin Salman also met with Ramaphosa during which they discussed issues of mutual concern as well as means to enhance bilateral relations in various fields.
