Recipe Of The Week: Your Go-To, Classic Green Juice.

Want to do your body some real good? Green juices are liquid gold for boosts of energy, nutrients, and restoration. The benefits are so profound, in fact, that you might just get addicted to juicing. Juicing all types of fruits and vegetables turn them into super foods that are easily and optimally absorbed by the body. We recommend to always include some type of green in your juice. The health benefits are tremendous and worth it!

Ingredients: 10 Kale leaves Small handful spinach leaves 1 English cucumber 2 Granny smith apples 1 Inch piece of fresh ginger 1/2 Lime Method: - Cut the cucumber into small pieces. - Core the apples and cut into quarters. - Peel and quarter the lime. - Juice the kale, spinach and ginger, followed by the cucumber, apples and lime. - Mix well and serve chilled.
