Mövenpick Hotels & Resorts opening, Saudi Arabia

Saudi Arabia is planning on welcoming a new Mövenpick Hotel & Resort in 2018. Expanding their presence in the GCC country, Mövenpick is preparing to open a new hotel within Saudi Arabia's Wa'ad Al Shamal industrial city. Set to be the largest hotel project in the city and the entire northern region of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the 237-room hotel will also feature three food and beverage outlets, extensive meeting and event space, male and female wellness areas as well as recreation facilities. Mövenpick Hotels & Resorts in Saudi Arabia is set to open late 2018. Cova opens at The Dubai Mall, Dubai

From Italy to Dubai with love, Italian Pasticceria Cova is set to open its first address in the Middle East. Overlooking the Opera House and Dubai Fountains in Fashion Avenue's new expansion, here you'll be able to enjoy some of the Italian culinary gem's gastronomically-delightful dishes or simply relax on its outdoor terrace. Also, its interiors are sure to up your Instagram game thanks to the mosaic floor tiles, gilded mirrors, velvet sofas, dazzling crystal chandeliers and Italian marble. Cova is set to open its door in January 2018. Jumeirah Royal Saray, Bahrain

The Jumeirah Group are extending their luxury hotel offerings by adding Bahrain to their address book. To be called Jumeirah Royal Saray – Bahrain, the 167-key hotel is set to be the ultimate relaxation spot with surrounding lush greenery, a beachfront locale and a variety of dining and recreational options, including a state of the art health club and spa. Jumeirah Royal Saray – Bahrain is set to open its doors in February 2018. Scalini at Four Seasons Jumeirah, Dubai

Another restaurant will bring its delectable Italian selection to the public at the Four Seasons Jumeirah next year with the opening of Scalini. The fine-dining spot — which is loved by celebrities including Kate Moss, The Beatles, Johnny Depp, Jude Law and Cheryl Cole — will offer traditional dishes with a modern twist. Scalini's menu will also include a specially curated menu by award-winning chef, Monserrato Marini. Scalini is set to open its doors in January 2018. The Abu Dhabi Edition

There's a new hotel opening in Abu Dhabi and we can't wait for the anticipated reveal. Located in the city's downtown district on the waterfront of Al Bateen, the Abu Dhabi Edition — which features guest rooms and exclusive residences — will follow a similar design concept from its Miami, London and New York counterparts. Complete with a host of culinary outlets and two signature restaurants, the Abu Dhabi Edition will also be home to a gourmet market, three-storey nightclub, two swimming pools, a fitness centre and a spa. Abu Dhabi Edition is set to open in 2018 however no official date has been set.
