BlueWaters Man-Made Island Project - Dubai

Therefore, Road and Transport Authority "RTA" has been working for a long time on a huge project costing about 1.6 billion UAE dollars. Project of "Bluewaters Island" located opposite the Jumeirah Beach Residence. The island is strategically located in Downtown Dubai with easy access to Dubai's old and new areas, which will open in early 2018. It should be noted that "Bluewaters Island" would be your new tourist destination which is expected to attract millions of tourists annually.

With an exclusive selection of premium apartments, penthouses, and townhouses available for the very first time, Bluewaters is a modern, family-oriented island destination with a pioneering spirit that blends waterfront living with the exhilaration of urban city life. Bluewaters will also be a shoppers’ paradise with close to 200 retail and dining concepts, connected to the shore by a multi-mode transport system providing ease of access to and from the island. A purpose built bridge connects the island with Sheikh Zayed Road, while automated vehicles will transport passengers to Bluewaters from Dubai Metro’s Nakheel Harbour and Towers station. A leisurely walk across a 265-metre pedestrian bridge leads to even more experiences at THE BEACH. The island also includes creation of "Dubai Eye", the largest Ferris wheel in the world. Where the height is about 210 meters accommodating for 1400 visitors with a full cycle of 48 minutes. It also surpasses London Eye located in London, and other cities.
