Recipe Of The Week: Golden Milk


Say hello to winter and cuddle up next to a fire with our perfect drink for this kind of weather! It's literally a hug in a cup. If you haven’t tried golden milk yet, you’re literally missing out! It’s a creamy, hot milk drink that’s filled to the brim with nutrients. Here's what you'll need to make what we call, Golden Milk, 2 cups of your choice of milk 1 tsp turmeric 1 tsp of honey ½ teaspoon of cinnamon powder 3 cardamon pods A small pinch of ground ginger A small pinch of pepper

Instructions: Add milk to a small pot and heat on low temperature. Add the turmeric, cinnamon, cardamon pods, honey, and pepper and stir frequently for about 3 minutes until the milk is warm, but not boiling. Strain the milk then froth the top of the milk for a few seconds with a milk frother. Add more honey for taste if desired. Have a delicious sip!
