Become Your Own WARRIOR

WARRIOR: A brave or experienced soldier or fighter. When life becomes tough, we always need to remember to be our own warriors.

Sometimes we feel like we have lost control over our thoughts and emotions, like we're alone in our wishfulness. Whether it is a middle age crisis or someone having trouble at school or work, we all go through bad days. Human beings have an endless list of issues to deal with everyday. Unfortunately, playing the victim is so much easier than being a fighter.

For you to master being a warrior you need to:

• Be fearless. Don’t let your fears consume you into an endless hole of regrets.

• Believe that all your attempts will work on your best side possible.

• Don’t focus about the problem as much as you focus on the joy and opportunities you will receive afterwards.

• Enjoy the journey and look at it as a blessing rather than a curse.

• Spend more time working on yourself than on other people.

• Don’t give up. As humans we tend to give up when the situation is unbearable but this is only a sign to keep going on.

• When the storm gets tough know deep down that it will rain soon.

• Last but not least, always reward yourself even on the tinniest accomplishments and do what you love.
