Burberry's Creative Director, Christopher Bailey To Leave The Fashion House In March'18

Burberry has announced that their creative director and former CEO, Christopher Bailey will be leaving the luxury fashion house in March 2018. Bailey joined Burberry in 2001 and became the company’s CEO and chief creative executive in 2014. In July of this year, Mr. Bailey was succeeded as CEO by Marco Gobbetti. The soon to be ex-CEO of Burberry has described his time within Burberry as a “privilege”. Not to mention, he was once named as the highest paid CEO's. During Bailey’s leadership, we have witnessed huge transitions and changes within the company and so did Mr. Gobbetti, who said “Burberry has undergone an incredible transformation since 2001 and Christopher has been instrumental to the company's success in that period ”
