Recipe Of The Week: Tortellini With Pink Sauce

For this weeks recipe I'm going to teach you the easiest yet yummiest pasta you have ever tried. Get your chefs hat and follow this step by step, you won't be able to stop eating! Ingredients: 1 diced white onion 2 cloves of crushed garlic 1 pack of tortellini pasta 2 large tomatoes 1/4 cup of heavy cream 1 tbsp white vinegar 1/4 of water 1 tsp of salt 1 tsp of pepper

How to prepare: First of all, peel tomatoes and cut into large chunks. In a medium heated saucepan add your onions and garlic until garlic is aromatic and onions are translucent. Add your tomatoes and keep in the saucepan until the tomatoes have watered down and created a paste like texture. Deglaze your pan with 1/4 cup of water and stir. Add your heavy cream, vinegar, salt and pepper. In a different pot, cook your pasta according to the directions on the box. Once finished add your sauce to the pasta and done! Enjoy!
