Paola felt that her life was over and she was unable to practice modeling, sport, or any other physical activity, but her strong will made her a stronger girl in all the difficult circumstances.
"It was the worst day of all our lives" says her father, but Paola's spirit was stronger than that. She was afraid of her parents’ sadness, and she was afraid of becoming someone else, so she decided to become a successful model and an inspiring story for those who have experienced amputation.

Today, Paola has more than 1.5 million followers on Instagram, and she daily publishes her amazing and distinctive looks in various formal and casual styles, without any hesitation or shame to show off the artificial leg, which she considered as a part of her and treats it as her second leg.
"I’d never felt such intense pain in my life" Paola says, "And I chose not to look to see the size of the damage, but I knew it was serious."
