The Saint Laurent Shoes You'll Want Now

FOR those who covet the sparkling, slouchy knee-highs that Saint Laurent debuted last season, but want to take less of an extremely glamourous approach with their footwear: fear not, Anthony Vaccarello has got you covered.

At his show this evening, where there were plenty of the original versions on display in the audience, the designer debuted new incarnations of the style: low-cut and suede, or high and feathered (particularly good). They proved versatile, and as suited to the Moroccan glamour or high-octane disco looks as they were the couture silhouettes; they even worked well with pairs of jeans or leather shorts. So they will be a justifiable purchase: you'll never take them off, no matter the occasion.
