Becoming a Saudi famous fashion blogger is a dream for many people and sort of impossible. But there is a girl who made it possible, named Lama Al Akeel. She managed to earn the love of everyone by her sense in fashion and adorable personality in such a short time. Lama Al-Akeel is a lifestyle, travel and fashion influencer that has rapidly become one of Saudi Arabia most well-known and loved social media blogger that has been the talk of every gathering. We never get bored of her daily inspiring snapshots from her life and travels. Lama has worked with leading brands such as Jaeger-LeCoultre, Puma, Femi9, Dove, Guerlain, Lazurde, Bvlgari and so much more! Companies are going crazy about her and we can't blame them when it comes to Lama Al Akeel, the professional beautiful business woman and fashion guru.
How did she manage to get so famous? And what is her influence on the fashion industry?
Lama Al Akeel finished her study in fashion from Dar Al-Hekma University in Jeddah. She was always sure that she wanted to make a career in the fashion industry, but how she was going to do that was still in process. Al Akeel had previously started a blog called "The Hidden Closet" where she channeled her inner fashion guru. She would feature stylish trends, red carpet looks and more. Recently she joined Instagram and her account is now followed by more than 300K. This encouraged her to step into the world of fashion with all her might, not just when it came to designing but marketing as well. But ofcourse, all the credit goes to Lama's incredible style and her amazing sense in fashion that got her into the fashion industry in a blink of an eye!

Lama's style is mostly casual chic. Looking at her images it is hard to disagree. Casual chic is a dress code, which you can see as a form between 'casual' and 'casual smart'. The main idea is that the clothing is usually very 'wearable'; but has a chic detail at the same time. "There is beauty in simplicity" describes Lama perfectly in her way of applying make up and her clothe choices.
Long story short, Lama makes the outfit and make up look beautiful on her and not the opposite, which a lot of people lack this quality.

Lama made us all proud when we saw her at the Venice Film Festival but made us go more insane when Harpers Bazaar chose her as one of the best red carpet looks at the Venice film festival 2017.
We can't deny she looked like a real fairy tale princess on that red carpet and neither Harpers Bazaar did.
She rocked a glamorous black dress from the Saudi designer, Sara AlTwaim.
