Collection Is Launching Next Month
If you were a fan of the M.A.C. Taraji P. Henson Viva Glam lip products from earlier this year, you're definitely going to want to be sitting down for this news: The actress, known for slaying it on our TV screens as Cookie Lyon each week in Fox's Empire, is back with another collaboration with the cosmetics company and the products sound even more glamorous than her first launch.

According to M.A.C., the next Viva Glam line will contain a gorgeous copper-y brown lipstick and a corresponding lacquer-like lipglass in a iridescent a gold pearl hue. (Her previous lip duo was a bold fuchsia color a favorite of Cookie herself.) From the photos, it looks like the new lipglass has metallic specks inside it, which definitely makes it seem like it will provide the perfect amount of shimmer.

As with M.A.C.'s other Viva Glam products in the past, the entire proceeds of these new items will be donated to the M.A.C. AIDS Fund, making this fashionable purchase a charitable one as well.
Luckily, we don't have to wait too much longer to get our hands on these shimmering beauties. The M.A.C. Taraji P. Henson Viva Glam 2 line will be available — both in stores and online — starting September 7 (which is less than a month away). But you might want to pencil it in on your calendar, because you'll only be able to buy them through February 2018. It's a short-lived kind of glam, but definitely worth checking out.
