For an ordinary person there is only grey between black and white. But for an artist, there is a rainbow of colours between black and white; and with a drop or two, or even more of white or black, or both into the rainbow will create an infinite world of colours.
For an ordinary person an empty space is more space. But for an artist; an empty space is a blank canvas and an invitation to spill rainbows of colours into the space and bring it alive.

Before we speak facts let me share with you this interesting knowledge. During the 18th and 19th centuries watches were made to be carried in the pocket; or to be worn on a chain at the waist or around the neck. It was the only decorous way of carrying a watch until the late 19th century when the world was first introduced to the wrist watch concept; so what was the story behind inventing the wrist watch?
As we all agree; necessity is the mother of all inventions here's something to say about watches and the soldiers need for a watch strapped to their wrists rather than having it in the pocket, to ease time reading and make it more functional on the battlefield where every moment counts. Nowadays the importance of wearing a watch to tell time is less needed than it was before due to cellphones; leaving an empty canvas along the arm for artists to work their imagination to fill it up by their fine art.
But we all know what an empty space means to an interior designer! It means it is the time for a new challenge to create a life in that dull blank space.
