Why You Shouldn't Drink Coffee First In The Morning?


There is no doubt that the delicious and smooth taste of coffee and its ability to fix the mood every morning drive many people to drink it everyday, and it is common that getting the whole benefits of coffee depends on the right time to drink it.

To benefit from morning coffee, researchers advise not to drink it immediately after waking up, but to wait a little and then drink it.

This is because the adrenal gland secretes, when waking up, the hormone cortisol, known as the (tension) hormone, and this hormone helps the body to restore its ability to perform its functions, thus giving the body energy naturally. By having caffeine immediately after waking up, the body will get excessive energy.

Conversely, drinking coffee after two hours of waking up, gives the body more energy when its natural energy starts to gradually decrease. Which means that the most appropriate time for having morning coffee and taking advantage of the effect of caffeine on the body, is at least an hour and a half after waking up.

It does not mean that you can not enjoy your coffee in the morning, but put what was mentioned above in front of your eyes so that you are always in good health and so that you can perform your morning activities with a good mood.
